Live mold on old deck! The old deck boards would fall apart in your hands!!

Due to mold and total rot the deck was rebuilt correctly.
The last contractor built the deck joists resting on the dirt ground!! Unbelievable!

Backyard was overrun with weeds and crab grass. After first cleaning the backyard is usable. This backyard was cleaned in the fall. The following spring the client has the opportunity to really reshape and design the backyard!
